I will never use another moisturizer again. I have highly sensitive, allergy-prone skin, and this is hands-down the best moisturizer I have ever found. The lotion itself is quite thick, so it feels slightly greasy for a brief moment right when you apply it, but it soaks in incredibly fast. Amazingly, despite how rich and thick the formula is, it has never clogged my pores or caused breakouts. If you have dry, sensitive, or bumpy skin, you need to try this!

Wanted the thickest, toughest, best moisturizer I could get for extremely dry, flaky, and all-around lousy skin. This is it. It's thick. Doesn't absorb immediately; you may have to work a little. Can leave a little odd (even slightly sticky) texture on your hands, but only for a very brief period. No visible signs except making your skin look better. The results are excellent. Vastly prefer it over HylatopicPlus, which is a prescription lotion. My mother tried it and bought her own! Also doesn't have lanolin like the original. FYI, apparently the USA version does *not* have Shea (which is a nut) but some international versions do. I'm in the USA and both mine were Shea-free. The listing here shows both ingredient lists in the pictures. If this is a factor for you, make sure to check. All told, will be using this as my main moisturizer.
